Project Description

Over the past twenty years Kimball has completed hundreds of “maintenance” projects ranging in size and scope. The projects range from a $500 coffee maker to a $1,000,000 Pilot Laboratory addition.

Kimball’s scope of services included renovations of office space, and process manufacturing assembly lines. Other work included utility repairs and upgrades, demolition, concrete, storage racking, drywall, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, millwork, doors and hardware, and acoustical ceilings. Since 1998 the cumulative value of Kimball’s maintenance and renovation work has been over $6,000,000.
