Project Description

With Northern Pharmacy’s business growing, Dr. Martin Mintz tapped Kimball Construction to develop an order-of-magnitude estimate for the project. Kimball was selected to provide preconstruction services that included: collaboration with A/E consultants on design of the project, design/permit application and providing multiple cost models to develop a construction budget. Kimball was awarded the contract for construction of a three story, 4,500 square foot phased addition/renovation. The structural steel frame addition provides expansion of the medical equipment sales area on the first floor, with the second and third floors to be used as office space. Additional work was added during the course of construction to economically convert about 1,000 square feet of unused space above the existing first floor into storage space.
