Project Description

Construction of a new two-story 17,000 square foot building. Kimball’s scope included complete fit-out of offices, classrooms, laboratories, cafeteria and shop areas. Due to site constraints, the building has numerous skewed angles and tapered wall lines to make maximum use of the site. Kimball provided extensive value engineering to meet the owner’s budget requirements. The facility provides training and education to over 200 apprentice electricians.
