Project Description

The construction of Gill-Simpson’s new 44,300 square foot Class “A” Office Building is LEED®-certified GOLD on a 12-acre site. The building has geothermal heating and cooling to reduce energy consumption by up to 25 percent. A rooftop photovoltaic solar array generates 10 kilowatts of power and 92 percent of the lighting comes from natural light. Water-efficient restroom fixtures and self-metering faucets are used as is preferred parking for hybrid vehicles.
