Project Description

Kimball has successfully completed hundreds of projects in every facility located in the state of Maryland. The projects have ranged from interior office space to exterior underground utility upgrades and everything in between. A common theme throughout every project and every facility has been the sensitive work environment. Constellation requires strict adherence to their safety and quality standards. In fact, contractors working in their facilities must have an Experience Modification Rating (E.M.R.) of 1.0 or better. Kimball takes great pride in its current E.M.R rating of 0.79. Considering we average almost 150,000 man-hours per year and the working environments that our employees are exposed to on a consistent basis, we believe this is a true testament to KCC’s belief and understanding of safety requirements.
