Project Description

Phase II Project Building Renovations. The project included 40,000 square feet of building modifications including a new elevator, extensive structural, architectural, HVAC, electrical and specialty finish work. All work, including removal of the existing roof and installation of a new mezzanine level, was completed adjacent to an operating manufacturing facility that remained in production throughout the project. Kimball worked closely with BD to develop and implement a detailed and aggressive fast track schedule to accommodate the relocation of a manufacturing operation from another plant. Coordination and cooperation of subcontractors was a critical factor in completing the work on schedule.
