Project Description

Construction of a three-story, 88,000 square foot, Class A office building. The building features a 1,500 square foot lobby, two-story communication room, granite floors and cherry paneling.

The building is designed with two long wings offset from one another by a central core area that houses the lobby and communication room. This design makes an architectural statement while making maximum use of the property. The exterior features a brick veneer and E.I.F.S. trim accents. Kimball craftsmen poured the foundations, and floor slabs and completed the interior finishes in the lobby area and restrooms. Work included site development, parking lot, utilities and landscaping.
